QUESTION: Can my spouse and I have one and the same Home Care Package (HCP)? 🤔

ANSWER: Each care recipient must go through individual assessments to develop personalised support plans and be assigned their own care package. Since you each have different needs your care plan Is carefully designed to address your own, individual needs. So the answer is NO, but each of you can be allocated your own HCP.

PLUS++ You can choose to combine your resources to share joint care or services, using the funds from both of your package budgets. For example - If you both need weekly cleaning, you can share the cost by pooling your packages.
