β Gardening and Yard Work - caring for your plants not only gives that dopamine boost, but it also helps improve your cardio, and boosts your strength! π©πΌβπΎπ¨πΌβπΎ
β Dancing - dancing is fun enough to do, especially when you're doing it with friends! It's just a bonus that it makes your heart and body happy too with its physiological benefits. πΊπΌππΌ
β Yoga or Stretching - we know you've experienced how lovely a good stretch feels. Intentionally stretch several times a day, and you'll feel your body thank you for it! π§πΌββοΈ
