Position: Care Manager
Employment: Part-Time or Full-Time

💡 Assessing and coordinating the care needs of consumers
💡 Developing, implementing, and monitoring care plans
💡 Managing a team of care workers, including scheduling and performance reviews
💡 Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
💡 Liaising with consumers, families, and other healthcare providers

📌 Qualifications:
✅ A degree in Social Work, Nursing, or related field
✅ Previous experience in a similar role within the aged care or community services sector.
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills.
✅ An understanding of the cultural needs of the Filipino community is highly desirable
✅ A current Victorian driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
